The Programme Development Committee held a curriculum review meeting for the six academic programmes. These academic programmes included Fellowship in Neonatal Medicine, Bachelor of Actuarial Science, Bachelor of Science in Statistics, Bachelor of Science in Astrophysics and Space Science, Bachelor of Science in Microprocessor Technology and Instrumentation, and Bachelor of Financial Mathematics and Financial Engineering. The Programme Development Committee meeting was chaired by Prof. Raphael Nyonje. The purpose of the Programme Development Committee meeting was to ensure the six academic programmes undergo internal quality assurance processes, To provide necessary revisions and provide programme attributes. The attributes include input by regulatory body where applicable, Benchmarking with the best practices, Aligning programmes to UNESCO-International Standards Classification of Education (ISCED-2013), Reviewing fees charged in accordance with Differentiated Unit Cost among other changes.
