The College of Agriculture and and Veterinary Sciences (CAVS) held a one day curriculum review workshop  for all academic units. The workshop was attended by all heads of academic units, deans and directors, curriculum review experts, quality assurance and the college principal.

The workshop was officially opened by the DVC Academic Affairs, Prof. Julius Ogeng'o who emphasized on the importance of reviewing academic programmes. The deliverables for the workshop included:

1.     Undertaking minimal changes of the academic programmes;

2.     Alignment of existing academic programmes to the new standards and regulations as stipulated by the  Commission for University Education (CUE);

3.     Archiving of academic programmes that are not attracting applicants.
